Residential LED conversions
Increase your home’s efficiency, enjoy bright and beautiful colors, and save money.
If you’re considering a remodel of your Southwest Florida home, remember with just a few modifications, including LED light bulbs, your home can help you save money, reduce waste and protect the environment.
LED light bulbs have changed the landscape of lighting forever
LED light bulbs may cost a bit more than Incandescent or Halogen bulbs, but the higher cost is quickly offset by the significant benefit of prolonged use (a typical LED bulb lasts more than 50,000 hours, or 20 to 25 Years compared to an Incandescent bulb which typically lives 1000 to 2000 hours, or a halogen bulb which lasts 12,000 hours or about 11 years).
Do you keep changing lightbulbs every few months?
Do you hear a buzzing sound out of the panel?
Do breakers frequently pop?
LED lights offer numerous advantages over conventional lightbulbs, including lower operating costs, longer life spans, and brighter illumination.
As one of today’s most energy-efficient bulbs – and because of their long life span – LED lighting technology has become increasingly popular over the years. In fact, they are now used in a wide variety of applications, including industrial settings such as traffic signals and vehicle brake lights, and even in consumer products like televisions. But did you know that they can actually last up to three times longer than traditional incandescent bulbs? And since they don’t use much energy, they produce very little heat, making them ideal for spaces where heat buildup could damage surfaces.
